CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system

Overview

Designed a CRM system tailored for property agents to manage their company's relationships and interactions with customers and potential leads effectively.

My role

  • Worked at FuWave Design & Marketing Sdn. Bhd. to redesign the CRM system and develop a comprehensive design system for the product.
  • Conducted meetings to gather user feedback and collaborated closely with other designers and developers throughout the process.

Challenges

  • Gaining a deep understanding of the challenges property agents face when using CRM systems.
  • Ensuring the customer form was intuitive and easy to fill out, improving the overall user experience.

Design Solutions Highlight

01. Enhanced Client Status Tracking with Color-Coded Checklist and Bulk Actions

The checklist feature is designed for agencies to use daily, enabling them to easily follow up on client statuses. The previous design made it difficult for users to identify which clients were in specific statuses. In the new design, users can clearly see each client's status, represented by different colors, and can efficiently mark tasks in bulk instead of handling them one by one.

02. Simplified Layout for Better Usability

I restructured the layout to make it cleaner and more organized, using different colors to represent various statuses. Active cases and completed cases, which have lower priority, were separated into two pages for better focus.

Additionally, instead of creating new pages for form inputs, pop-ups were implemented to minimize navigation and streamline the workflow.
